Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. She is passionate about educating individuals on how to develop and maintain healthy eating habits. She understands the importance of an individualised approach to healthy eating and enjoying a balanced lifestyle. She enjoys assisting individuals of all ages to achieve their nutrition goals, manage their condition, and ultimately build positive and healthy relationships with food.
