Dr Brooke
Chiropractor
Brooke completed her Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University – prior to which she completed her Bachelor of Science (Biology) at NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Brooke utilizes a range of treatment methods, such as adjustments (Diversified/Gonstead), mobilizations, soft tissue/ dry needling, cupping, and athletic taping. She loves it when patients see their progress and feel like they are involved in their treatment. She believes that must first start with educating patients on their injury and creating an individualized treatment plan that is manageable and effective. This includes treating low back pain, headaches/migraines, neck pain, sporting injuries (strains/sprains), and posture correction work.
Brooke has been a competitive swimmer for the past 20 years: competing in national level pool and open water events, so she understands the countless hours of training and the demand placed on the body to perform for sport.
Outside of clinic Brooke stays busy by frequently training for ocean swim events, lap swimming, weight lifting, or working as a F45 trainer.
