What is Podiatry and Biomechanics?
Biomechanics is the study of physics relating to the body. Much of the Podiatrists work involves assessing the biomechanics of the lower limb function and foot misalignment. Symptoms such as knee pain, shin soreness, heel pain, lower back pain, Achilles tendonitis and foot and leg fatigue may be the result of faulty foot mechanics.
